Tryon Street, this Curio Collection by Hilton property will blend historic charm with modern sophistication, featuring a signature rooftop bar, vibrant ground-floor dining, and 3,500-square-feet of meeting space. Care for your team and their families. Key Responsibilities: Deliver the highest quality of service to our customers at all times. Develop and execute strategies to drive business in both new and existing markets. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners. Guide sales and marketing efforts, including advertising, public relations, and administrative reporting. Lead sales initiatives in alignment with the property’s Marketing Plan. Understand and monitor industry trends and the competitive landscape. Analyze financial and market data to support strategic decision-making. Organize, prioritize, and document work to meet key business deadlines. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a unified and consistent customer experience. Qualifications: Luxury/Lifestyle Full Service Experience required. Convention Experience a plus. BBT - Business Travel experience required. Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Director of Sales or in a senior sales leadership role. Proven success leading, motivating, and managing high-performing sales teams. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Prior brand experience and market knowledge preferred. Why Join Concord?
