Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Valid SPED Educator Certification
• IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card (IVP FP Card)
• For behavioral program roles: CPI certification and experience in behavior-focused classrooms preferred
• For preschool role: Early Childhood and SPED Certification, OR SPED Certification with significant EC experience
• Prior work in self-contained or resource settings highly desirable
• Ability to adapt to diverse student needs within the elementary age group
• Collaborative mindset with a commitment to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct instruction and adapt lesson plans to students with varying abilities and needs
• Develop and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Implement classroom management strategies and positive behavioral supports
• Foster communication between students, families, and educational staff
• Help shape a nurturing, inclusive school culture where every student can thrive
