The candidate will work across the Engineering and Requirements teams, in conjunction with Architecting and Digital Engineering teams to support Enterprise Risk management, end-to-end Enterprise Systems Engineering across GEOINT, SIGINT, Transport, Resiliency, Warfighter Support, and Enterprise Integration portfolios, and ground enterprise engineering. Responsibilities:Assisting in capturing and categorizing technical risks, issues, and opportunities (RIOs) across system-of-systems architectures.Helping senior engineering teams develop, test, and document risk mitigation plans and remediation strategies.Maintaining Risk Management Framework (RMF) artifacts, risk registers, and system engineering plans (SEPs).Facilitating meetings and providing technical presentations to outline risk impacts on enterprise, functional, and system-level design requirements, interfaces, architectures, and CONOPS.Assisting in executing engineering assessments, Courses of Action (CoA) evaluations, and formal trade studies.Demonstrating an understanding of the overall systems engineering process.Support the enterprise risks, issues, and opportunities process and facilitation of risksWork Environment:Location: On-site - Chantilly, VATravel Requirements: MinimalWorking Hours: StandardRequired Qualifications:Active TS/SCI with polygraphBachelor's Degree (STEM preferred)10-15+ years' experience working in systems engineering in support of government systems acquisitions and enterprise servicesAbility to collaborate across stakeholder organizationsStrong communication skills to interface with customers, directorate/office representatives, and across systems engineering groupsStrong foundation in systems lifecycles, configuration management, requirements tracking, and risk methodologiesBasic Compensation: $150,200 - $206,500 This range is for the Virginia area only The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate's work location, knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience, clearance level, contract affordability and in consideration of internal parity. Additional Compensation: KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
