At Aviation Institute of Maintenance, our Admissions Representatives (also known as Admissions Advisors or Enrollment Advisors ) do more than enroll students—they help people change the course of their lives. Using your consultative sales, customer service, and relationship-building skills, you'll help students explore their options, overcome obstacles, and confidently take the next step toward a new career.

What You'll Do
This is a high-energy, high-impact role. You'll own the full student journey — from the very first phone call to enrollment day — and you'll do it with urgency, warmth, and a relentless drive to hit your goals.
- Connect with prospective students through phone, email, and in-person or virtual meetings — and bring genuine enthusiasm to every interaction
- Assess each student's goals and eligibility, then champion the program that fits them best
- Drive the full admissions cycle: inquiry, appointment setting, interviews, application completion, documentation, and enrollment
- Hit and exceed enrollment KPIs — outreach volume, contact-to-appointment conversion, application completion, and closing ratios — because you hold yourself to a high standard
- Follow up with persistence and care — life gets in the way for students; you don't let a good fit slip through the cracks
- Represent AIM at open houses, career fairs, and community events with the energy and pride of someone who truly believes in what we offer

Qualifications
Education
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associate's degree or higher preferred
Experience
- Proven experience in sales or customer service with a record of meeting or exceeding KPIs such as conversion rates, outreach goals, and closing ratios
- One or more years of admissions experience in a proprietary (for-profit) post-secondary educational setting preferred
Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences
- Excellent time management and the ability to multitask effectively in a high-volume environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; comfortable learning new CRM and enrollment management systems
- Flexible availability for occasional evenings and one Saturday per month
Work Schedule:
- Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- One weekly late shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday–Thursday only)
- One Saturday per month: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
