Cash Application Coordinator

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Cash Application Coordinator will manage cash application processes, resolve payment discrepancies, and ensure accuracy in financial data for a leading research organization. Key responsibilities Process and apply receivables to various systems for all lines of business Communicate with sponsors and payers to verify payment remittance details and ensure accuracy of cash postings Maintain organized files and respond to information requests from corporate and internal management Required qualifications Basic financial operations knowledge including General Ledger Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel High School Graduate required; Associate's Degree preferred; Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) preferred Less than 1 year of relevant experience required; two years preferred, ideally in clinical trial research or healthcare environment Effective organizational skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
