Achieve and exceed established sales quotas and objectives. Requirements Possession of an active Nebraska Producer's License for Property and Casualty Insurance is preferred. Licensing assistant available. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in insurance sales or a client-facing role. Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A genuine desire to help people and build lasting relationships.
