Pay Rate: $159.13/hour

What You ll Do

Support cardiothoracic surgeon in surgical procedures and patient care
Provide pre- and post-operative assessments and interventions
Assist with procedures such as chest tube removal, pacemaker removal, and IABP management
Manage adult cardiothoracic ICU/step-down patients and surgical cases
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes
Document patient care utilizing Cerner EMR system
Cover 4 days per month with scheduled call periods from 3p-7a

What You Need

AZ licensure for Nurse Practitioner or PA certification with NCCPA certification
Minimum of 3 years experience in cardiothoracic surgery, including EVH proficiency
Active ACLS and BLS certifications
Ability to perform advanced procedures and support ongoing patient care
Strong communication and teamwork skills
