Referral Development Representative
Make a lasting impact with NIVA Health. We're looking for a driven, relationship-focused Referral Development Representative to help expand access to our advanced wound care services in the Palm Coast area. If you're experienced in healthcare sales and thrive in a field-based role where your results matter this is your next career move.
What You'll Do:
- Build and maintain referral relationships with home health agencies, hospitals, and physician groups
- Hit monthly admit goals and drive patient referrals
- Execute weekly/monthly strategies to grow market share in your territory
- Deliver impactful in-services and sales presentations
- Use CRM tools to manage your pipeline and document progress
