VIBE Dental is an established, privately owned dental practice seeking a patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist who provides thoughtful clinical care, communicates clearly, and takes pride in building lasting patient relationships.

We are a growing PPO and fee-for-service practice with a trusted reputation in the community, comprehensive dentistry, advanced technology, and a strong commitment to patient care.

We are looking for someone who wants to help patients understand their oral health, feel comfortable during their visits, and stay engaged in their ongoing care.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Provide Preventive and Periodontal Care

- Provide preventive and periodontal services within your licensure and scope of practice.

- Complete periodontal charting, clinical assessments, and diagnostic radiographs as appropriate.

- Communicate findings and concerns clearly with the treating dentist.

- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.

- Follow infection-control and sterilization protocols.

Educate and Support Patients

- Explain oral-hygiene techniques and individualized home-care recommendations.

- Help patients understand their periodontal health and recommended care.

- Build trust through clear communication, empathy, and attentive care.

- Support consistent hygiene reappointment, recall, and periodontal maintenance.

Work as One Team

- Coordinate closely with doctors, assistants, and the front office.

- Keep the hygiene schedule organized while maintaining quality patient care.

- Communicate proactively when a patient needs additional time or support.

- Help create a welcoming, consistent VIBE experience at every visit.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Current Arizona Registered Dental Hygienist license.

- Current CPR/BLS certification.

- Confidence providing preventive and periodontal care.

- Strong patient-education and communication skills.

- Accurate clinical documentation and attention to detail.

- Comfort with digital imaging and dental practice-management software.

- Consistent weekly availability and reliable follow-through.

Experience with Dentrix, Oryx, or similar systems is a plus. Experienced hygienists are encouraged to apply. New graduates with strong clinical foundations and a willingness to learn may also be considered.

SCHEDULE

This is an in-person position in Mesa, Arizona. We are considering full-time and part-time candidates. Consistent weekly availability is important, and weekend availability is a strong plus.
