Key Responsibilities Engage directly with clients to establish and achieve individualized treatment goals, employing tailored therapeutic techniques that resonate with each person’s unique background. Deliver evidence-based and prevention-oriented therapeutic services to address a variety of mental health concerns, focusing on empowering clients in their healing journey. Collaborate with clients to effectively implement, monitor, and review personalized treatment plans, adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. Work in conjunction with other treatment providers and placement agencies, facilitating comprehensive care and resource-sharing to enhance client support. Accurately maintain clinical documentation in a timely manner, including session notes and treatment plan amendments, contributing to a robust client record system. Patient Population / Client Focus You will work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. By providing personalized care, you’ll help clients navigate their challenges and achieve lasting improvements in their emotional health. Qualifications A valid and fully licensed professional designation as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW is required. A Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required to ensure a strong foundational knowledge base. Proven experience (minimum of 1 year) in mental health counseling or related fields is essential to effectively engage and support clients. Familiarity with community mental health resources enhances our collaborative efforts and ensures clients receive comprehensive care. Compensation and Benefits The compensation package for this position includes a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000, depending on your experience and qualifications.
