Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess the frequency, intensity, and duration of mood disorder symptoms presented by clients, utilizing standardized assessment tools.

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that align with their unique goals and preferences, integrating therapeutic modalities such as structural family therapy, strategic therapy, and narrative therapy.

• Implement evidence-based techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapting approaches to meet client needs effectively.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatment options, and essential self-care practices to foster understanding and proactive management of their mental health.

• Monitor and track client progress through consistent follow-ups, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on observed outcomes and feedback.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care that addresses all aspects of a client’s mental health.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
