We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join a high-volume, upscale restaurant in Boston. This role is ideal for a strong kitchen leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality food and exceptional guest experiences. What You’ll Do: Support the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations Lead and develop a team in a high-volume setting Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishes Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost controls Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and organization Step in to lead the kitchen when needed What We’re Looking For: 3+ years of Sous Chef or Kitchen Management experience Background in high-volume, upscale or fine dining Strong leadership and team development skills Experience with food cost, labor, and kitchen operations Ability to stay organized and composed under pressure What’s Offered: Competitive salary + bonus potential Benefits package Growth opportunities within a well-established hospitality group #J-18808-Ljbffr Nbutexas
