Maintenance Manager
CPS
Oversee plant-wide equipment maintenance, directly managing internal technicians and external outsourced contractors. Optimize maintenance workflows by utilizing SAP PM Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and ensure strict adherence to schedules. Champion a zero-accident safety culture, Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives, driving equipment reliability through Six Sigma (ALPS) methodologies and Kaizen events. Maintain the critical asset registry, updating equipment lists in alignment with asset integrity and process safety standards. Manage the maintenance budget, strategically allocating funds for predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance investments. Collaborate on contract negotiations and service agreements with external maintenance providers. Lead talent development by training, motivating, and fostering safety and operational awareness across the maintenance team. Deploy advanced predictive Lead root cause analysis (RCA) on chronic equipment failures Audit PM compliance and effectiveness, tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) #LI-RM1
