Business Development ManagerCrystal Clean (CC) is one of the nation's leading privately held companies in the environmental waste services industry. You will generate new client business through networking and follow up on recommendations. Often, you will design and implement strategies for the client utilizing their company's assets to accommodate both parties best.Requirements:Develop new business opportunities with Large Quantity Generators through strategic sales tactics, including customer development, networking and relationship building.Experience in selling hazardous waste, non-hazardous waste, labpack, industrial services, Emergency Response and PFAS servicesPerform market and competitor research to identify new opportunities and engage with executives to establish strategies for pursuing those new opportunities.Active engagement with customer accounts through weekly calls and routine customer visitsPrioritize tasks for effective time management and efficiencyProvide exceptional customer service by focusing on the quality of customer interactions, efficient processes, and relentless learning of customer's challengesLead communication on growth strategy within territoryDemonstrate honesty and strong moral principles remaining conscious of spending to drive profitability as well as data integrityMaintain an active and robust pipeline that shows the path to meeting and exceeding the revenue budgetKnowledge of regional hazardous waste market, TSDFs and suppliers.Experienced in RCRA and DOT.Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.Develop and deliver proposals for existing and new customers.Analyze customer data to forecast business trends.Manage all activities in company's CRM system.Responsible for collections efforts for all outstanding accounts receivable.Support with marketing initiatives.Attend industry trade shows and manage exhibit booth.Present to the leadership team new business successes and losses, potential new markets and initiatives.Travel to visit with potential and current customers.Other reasonable directives, responsibilities and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice.Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in a related field.5+ years of hazardous waste sales experience requiredCrystal Clean LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
