Exciting Opportunity for a Passionate Outpatient Physical Therapist!

Job Description:

- Position : Outpatient Physical Therapist
- Shift : Day shift, 5x8 hours (08:30 AM - 05:00 PM)
- COVID Vaccination : Required (religious and medical exemptions accepted)
- Patient Demographic : Adults and Geriatrics
- Experience Required : Minimum of 1 year; first-timers accepted with acute inpatient experience
- Case Load : Approximately 11 cases per day
- Weekend Requirement : None
- Certifications Required :
- BLS
- NM License (pending license accepted at submission)
- On-Call Requirement : None
- Floating : Clinician will not float within scope to meet facility needs
- Local Radius Rule : No locals accepted within 100 miles
- RTO Restrictions : Greater than 7 days requires approval
- Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours per week (facility may call off up to 3 times during a 13-week assignment)
