Real Estate Attorney

Location: San Diego, CA Work Arrangement: Hybrid Experience Required: 2+ Years Billable Hours: 1,850 annually (Flexible) About the Firm: Our client is seeking a highly motivated Senior Litigation Attorney with substantial experience in civil litigation , specifically real estate and landlord-tenant matters . The successful candidate will be confident managing all phases of litigation independently and have a proven track record of handling matters from case inception through trial . Responsibilities: Independently manage a diverse caseload of real estate and landlord-tenant litigation matters from inception through trial. Represent clients in a broad range of commercial and residential real estate disputes, lease disputes, unlawful detainer actions, and other landlord-tenant matters. Handle all aspects of trial preparation, including witness preparation, exhibits, and trial strategy. Meet annual billable hour expectations while maintaining high-quality legal work. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Active membership in the California State Bar. 2+ years of civil litigation experience , with a strong emphasis on real estate and landlord-tenant litigation . Strong courtroom advocacy, deposition, motion practice, and negotiation skills. Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $180k-$300k. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
