Bookkeeper / Account Executive

We are partnering with a well-established business management firm serving high-net-worth clients across the entertainment industry. They are looking to add an Account Executive / Bookkeeper to their team. Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and financial activity for a portfolio of clients Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable Perform bank and credit card reconciliations Maintain accurate general ledgers and client financial records Process deposits, payments, and wire transfers Track cash flow and assist with cash management Prepare financial reports and client reporting packages Assist with payroll and related financial matters Communicate with clients, vendors, and other professional advisors Support Account Managers and Business Managers with ongoing client needs Qualifications: Previous bookkeeping, accounting, or business management experience Entertainment business management experience preferred Strong knowledge of AP, AR, reconciliations, and general ledger accounting Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple clients and competing deadlines Strong communication and client service skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Navigate Search
