Job Title: Loan Documentation Processor 3
\nLocation: West Des Moines IA 50266 (Hybrid)
\nDuration: 12 months (Possibility of extension)
\nPay range: $22- $24/hr
\n \nJob Description:
\n- \n
- Support Loan Documentation; proactively provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools with Loan Documentation impact. \n
- Perform complex transactional support tasks. \n
- Provide support on escalated questions. \n
- Interact with client personnel on a wide range of information. \n
Required Qualifications:
\n4+ years of Customer Service, Loan Administration, Collections, or Sales environment experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
