Worship Leader (Part-Time) Reports to: Lead Pastor Location: Ponte Vedra, FL (Landrum Middle School) Hours: ~10 hours/week, part-time, with potential to grow into a full-time role as the church grows Compensation: $22–25/hour, depending on experience About the role Salt Church is a new church launching this September, and worship sits at the center of who we are. Our heart is to become experts at hosting the presence of God and treating Jesus as the guest of honor in our services. We're looking for a worship leader who carries that same conviction, someone who leads from a place of personal worship and wants to help build a Spirit‑filled worship culture from the very beginning. This is a ground‑floor opportunity to shape the sound and spiritual atmosphere of a brand‑new church alongside a committed core team. What you'll do Lead worship for our weekend service(s), creating an environment where people encounter God Recruit, develop, and disciple musicians and worship team members Run efficient, focused rehearsals within a short window before service Lead setup and teardown with the worship team each weekend Meet weekly one‑on‑one with the Lead Pastor for planning and spiritual partnership Who we're looking for A proficient vocalist and instrumentalist Able to lead a band with click and loop tracks Comfortable flowing in spontaneous worship moments alongside the pastor on stage At home in a Pentecostal, Spirit‑filled worship setting A worshiper and team‑builder first, with a heart to develop people, not just play music The opportunity ahead This role starts part‑time, but as Salt grows we anticipate it expanding.
