Develop, implement, and monitor systems to support partner success and sustainability. Apply market trends and data insights to shape long-term strategies aligned with OnRamps’ goals. Lead cross-functional projects that support implementation, continuous improvement, and innovation. Oversee tools, resources, and communication systems to ensure quality support for stakeholders. Maintain current documentation of targets, activities, and outcomes, and provide regular reports of progress; make recommendations for sustainability, growth, and goal attainment. Create forms, tools, and guidelines to capture required documentation and streamline communication. Represent the organization at high-level meetings and conferences to share insights and innovations. Analyze data, evaluate and document outcomes through recurrent issue tracking and reporting. Use data to make recommendations, guide strategies and needs for intervention, and apply continuous improvement principles to areas of responsibility to support sustainability, growth, effectiveness, and goal attainment with stakeholders. Manage high-level partnership portfolios, including regional and statewide networks. Facilitate networks of partners to foster collaboration and shared innovation. Document and monitor caseload and effective communications with new and existing partners using identified client relationship management (CRM) systems. Mentor, coach, and train assigned staff to calibrate on departmental expectations and priorities. Calibrate team efforts to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment with OnRamps’ model. Qualifications Master’s degree in education, higher education, policy, or a closely related field. Seven or more years of professional experience in K-12 or higher education environments, including at least three years in a leadership or management role. Experience in scaled partnership development and outreach in K-12 or higher education environments. Demonstrated success in leading a team. Experience working within the Texas education system. Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate. Preferred Qualifications Doctoral degree in education, higher education, or a closely related field. Ten or more years of leadership experience spanning both K-12 and higher education environments. Significant experience leading large-scale partnership strategy, outreach, or business development efforts. Demonstrated success leading managers, overseeing complex initiatives, and achieving organizational goals. Pay $90,000+ depending on qualifications.
