Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Inner Growth Institute, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of clients' mood disorder symptoms.

• Developing personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs, goals, and preferences.

• Implementing evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to enhance client engagement and recovery.

• Providing education and support to clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies.

• Monitoring client progress regularly and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Collaborating with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals for integrated care, fostering a multidisciplinary approach to mental health.

• Staying current with the latest research and trends related to mood disorders to inform treatment strategies and improve client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on clients experiencing mood disorders, many of whom may face additional challenges such as homelessness, refugee status, or histories of domestic abuse. Qualifications\n

We are looking for qualified candidates who possess:
