Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand the unique needs of each client, developing tailored therapeutic strategies.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards while upholding the highest professional integrity.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create comprehensive treatment plans that address the multifaceted needs of clients, working together to enhance overall client outcomes.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training sessions to stay abreast of the latest developments in mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The counselor in this role will engage with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges. Our patients include individuals and families with limited access to mental health care, those navigating issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
