Director of Sales Operations

JOB PURPOSE: The Director of Sales Operations (DSO)is responsible forleading a team of Assistive Technology Professionals (ATP) and oversees the sales process to achieve high market growth. They support the sales team by providing coaching, mentorship, and support to drive revenue growth and outstanding customer satisfaction. Pay Range: $100,000 - $125,000 base salary plus an annual incentive performance bonus. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range. Compensation decision depend on skills, qualifications, experience, and location. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Build and lead a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement. Recruits, hires, andonboardsnew team members to support long-term growth goals. Performs quarterly ride-alongswith each team member to evaluate and support ATP development. Create andimplementsgrowth and development plans for Assistive Technology Professionals. Develop and execute strategies for expanding theareareferral base across key business segments. Responsible for developing new referral relationships and growing existing referral base through strategic externally focused activitiesincluding:business partnership reviews, account meetings, and cold calls. RepresentsNumotionat conferences, tradefairsand networking events. Manages the financial performance of the team to meet top line revenue goals,optimizegrossmarginand grow EBITDA. Identifiesopportunities forprocessesimprovements and drives consistent pipeline growth. Engages and partners closely with cross functional business leaders, providing open communication and ensuring processes align to the achievement of the mostimportant sharedgoals. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree in related field oran equivalentcombination of education and directly relevant experience may be considered. Minimum of 5 years of commercial experience. Minimum of two years of supervisory experience, including leading, mentoring and/or coaching. PREFERRED COMPETENCIES AND QUALIFICATION S: Experience in a clinical/therapy role and/or ATP role. Knowledge of CRT (Complex Rehab Technology) business. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills witha track recordof data driven decision-making. Inspires and motivates others to perform well, effectively influencesactionsand opinions of others; provides vision to peers and team. Ability to effectivelyutilizetechnology and able to learn and adapt to innovative technology environments. Demonstrates ability to thrive in a matrixed environment, working with cross functional team members to achieve shared goals. Proven ability to act as a change agent within a rapidly changing environment. Ability to develop and execute multiple business priorities and approaches to meetobjectives. Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills Superior written and verbal communication skills, to effectively address all levels within the organization.
