Role Description The Scheduler is a full-time, on-site role based in Greenfield, IN. This position is responsible for coordinating flight schedules for fractional owners and charter clients, ensuring optimal aircraft and crew utilization while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance. Day-to-day tasks include managing booking requests, updating flight itineraries, communicating with pilots, maintenance teams, and clients, and maintaining accurate records in scheduling systems. The Scheduler will monitor aircraft status, turnaround times, and maintenance windows to minimize disruptions and maximize efficiency. The role also involves responding to schedule changes, handling time-sensitive requests, and providing clear, courteous communication to internal teams and external stakeholders. Qualifications Ability to manage complex schedules, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple simultaneous requests in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, documentation, and record-keeping. Effective written and verbal communication skills, with a professional, customer-focused approach. Comfort with using scheduling software, basic office applications, and aviation-related systems (prior experience in dispatch or scheduling is a plus). Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment when managing last-minute changes and operational challenges. Ability to collaborate with pilots, maintenance staff, and leadership, and to work reliably in an on-site team setting. Previous experience in aviation operations, logistics, dispatch, or a related field is preferred but not required.
