Available Shifts

1st Shift

5:00 AM - 2:30 PM

2nd Shift

3:00 PM - 1:30 AM

Overtime: Consistent 10-15 hours per week available

What You'll Be Doing

As a CNC Machinist, you'll help manufacture precision aerospace components while developing your technical skills in a highly supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC lathes and mills to produce high-quality aerospace parts
• Set up tooling, load programs, adjust offsets, and assist with fixture preparation
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions
• Perform in-process and final inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain quality standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Learn advanced machining techniques through hands-on training and mentorship
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, and workflow

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• CNC machining experience at any level or relevant machining education/training
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Basic inspection and measurement experience
• Willingness to work 1st or 2nd shift and participate in overtime
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
• Desire to learn, grow, and advance within manufacturing

Preferred Qualifications

• NTMA, vocational, or trade school training
• 6+ months of CNC machining experience
• Experience with Haas machines
• Aerospace or precision manufacturing experience
• Interest in growing into setup, programming, or leadership roles

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Anaheim, CA.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
