Key Responsibilities\n

As the Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your duties will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify the unique needs of children and their families.

• Participating collaboratively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) to ensure that each child receives tailored support.

• Monitoring progress and outcomes in conjunction with multidisciplinary team members, adjusting interventions as necessary to achieve optimal developmental goals.

• Providing ongoing education and support to families about strategies that can promote their child's learning and development in natural settings.
\n
• Adapting evidence-based practices to meet the unique needs of each child, utilizing a coaching model to engage families in meaningful ways.

• Ensuring compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations governing social work practice.

• Creating a strong rapport with children, families, and team members to foster a positive and supportive learning environment.

• Keeping detailed and accurate records in accordance with organizational and licensing requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on infants and toddlers with developmental delays, including difficulties in physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication domains. It is essential to understand the impact of these challenges on the family unit, collaborating closely with parents and guardians to create supportive environments for the child's growth. Qualifications\n

To qualify for the Licensed Clinical Social Worker position, candidates should possess the following:

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Tennessee, issued by the Department of Public Health.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 80,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
