Orthodontics Treatment Coordinator

Adventure Dental, Vision and Orthodontics in Commerce City, CO are currently seeking an Orthodontics Treatment Coordinator to establish a parent/patient relationship for proper communication regarding recommended treatment plans. This position will report to the Operations Manager.

Pay range: $21-$27/hr

Job Responsibilities

• Facilitate financial discussions with delinquent accounts
• Achieve patient conversion results
• Assist with phone calls and patient check-out
• Understand, monitor, and ensure the smooth implementation of office processes, including but not limited to, scheduling, patient flow, and insurance verification
• Ensure practice is clean and presentable to patients to include cleaning restrooms, patient lobby, mopping, vacuuming, dusting etc.
• Participate in other duties that support the mission of providing high-quality and compassionate dental, vision, and orthodontic services to underserved children

Job Qualifications

• Previous sales experience desired
• Previous experience in a dental practice a plus
• Ability to multi-task and complete tasks correctly and on time
• Knowledge of various insurance plans, manuals, exclusions, and limitations
• Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor
• Preferred knowledge of Dolphin Database, eCW, Google Docs, scanning functions, and Office, Word, and Excel
• Bilingual a plus
