Summary Princeton Insurance Agency, now part of the OneDigital family, is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager at our Foley branch. The Personal Lines Account Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of their assigned book of Property/Casualty business. The AM works closely and collaboratively with the team to ensure execution of servicing meets or exceeds client expectations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Quote new business as directed by producers, and collect the necessary client data. Build relationships with clients and have the ability to answer basic insurance questions. Maintain ongoing business contact with clients. Issue Evidence of Insurance when needed. Process billing for both new and renewal policies. Process change requests from clients, setting an activity for receipt of the endorsement from the insurance carrier. Process endorsements, checking for accuracy. Update the Applied/Epic system and the shared drive to reflect changes during the coverage term. Generate ID cards and certificates of insurance as necessary. Complete preliminary policy review once issued. Follow up on open activities. Work Experience 2–3 years of insurance experience. Technical Skills Basic knowledge of Property and Casualty insurance coverage. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to navigate vendor or agency management systems, as applicable. Experience with Applied/Epic is a plus. Ability to manage client needs and multi-task. Display excellent organizational skills. Attention to accuracy and detail. Compensation The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $26 to $30 per hour. Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
