Business Development Manager – IT Staffing / Staff Augmentation
Location: Remote / Hybrid
Experience: 12+ Years
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth by acquiring new direct clients and building long-term customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT staffing sales, securing MSAs, and generating staffing opportunities with end clients.
Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new direct clients for IT staffing and staff augmentation services.
- Build relationships with hiring managers, procurement teams, and decision-makers.
- Negotiate and secure Master Service Agreements (MSAs), staffing contracts, and vendor agreements.
- Generate new job requirements and staffing opportunities.
- Work closely with recruiting teams to fulfill client requirements.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets.
- Attend networking events and develop strategic partnerships.
