Schedule

First Shift

• Monday-Thursday
• 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• Some Fridays and occasional Saturdays as needed

What You'll Do

As a Machine Operator, you'll play a critical role in producing specialty materials used across a variety of industries.

• Operate laminator equipment to produce high-quality specialty fabric products
• Set up materials and prepare equipment for production runs
• Perform machine changeovers and material adjustments
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications
• Identify, document, and report defects or quality concerns
• Utilize hand tools, tape measures, slitters, and related equipment
• Assist with printing and slitting operations
• Use hoists and forklifts to safely move materials throughout production
• Enter production and quality data into computerized ERP systems
• Work closely with a team of 3-4 operators to keep production flowing efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

What We're Looking For

• Manufacturing experience, preferably in machine operation
• At least 2 years of machine operating experience
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn machine setup and adjustments
• Experience using hand tools and measuring devices
• Ability to perform quality inspections and identify defects
• Comfortable working with computers and entering production information
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Commitment to safety and reliability

This is a Permanent position based out of York, PA.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
