Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and mental health evaluations to understand client needs fully.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices tailored to client goals.

• Provide individual, group, and family counseling sessions, utilizing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals, to ensure holistic client care.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation while adhering to ethical guidelines and HIPAA regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Heluna Psychotherapy Center, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families dealing with a variety of mental health concerns. Your focus will be on assisting those with limited access to care, addressing issues ranging from anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active, unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.
