Title: Dietary | Kitchen Manager

Job Duties: The Dietary or Kitchen Manager directs and coordinates all aspects of the dietary or culinary services department. The director ensures compliance with established policies and procedures as well as state-mandated standards for dietary/culinary services. The Dietary or Kitchen Manager consults with the dietitian consultant as appropriate to ensure that all clients' nutritional needs are consistently met.

Schedule:

• Full-Time: Monday - Friday (8:00AM - 4:30PM)

Qualifications:

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have completed a 90-hour state-approved course in dietetic services, if required by regulatory agency management, or must complete in one (1) year.
• Must have a minimum of one year of dietary/culinary and supervisory experience in an extended care facility.

About the Campus: Our Skilled Nursing Facility is just minutes from the freeway, conveniently located by many shops and restaurants. As Neuro-behavioral campus we are less medically acute and as such there are great opportunities for clients. For example, Crestwood Wellness & Recovery Center has adopted the city park next to our building. Our clients actively pursue their gardening skills and creative beautification inspirations by maintaining and adding to the garden beds created on Earth Day 2009. The efforts have created a space for quiet and serenity as well. Weather permitting, staff often take clients to the park for group therapy, meditation, and yoga.

The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.


Pay Range:

$32-$37.80 USD
