The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $19.43 and$32.36 Rewards and Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage starts on day one of employment. Access to up to 50% of your paycheck based on hours worked before payday. 18 paid time off (PTO) days annually for full-time employees (accrual prorated based on employment start date) and 6 company holidays per year. 6% company contribution to a 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan each pay period, no employee contribution required. Job Summary: The Credit Rep II is responsible for managing customer credit risk and supporting the timely collection of accounts receivable. This role evaluates customer creditworthiness, establishes and maintains credit limits, and partners with cross-functional teams to resolve billing issues and reduce past-due balances while supporting business objectives and customer relationships. Duties and Responsibilities: Evaluates business customer creditworthiness and establishes, monitors, and adjusts credit limits in accordance with company policies and risk guidelines. Reviews and takes appropriate action on orders held for credit review, including releasing or holding orders based on account status and risk assessment. Manages a portfolio of customer accounts to ensure timely payment, minimize delinquency, and reduce overall credit risk exposure. Contacts customers to resolve past-due balances and negotiates payment solutions in alignment with company credit and collection policies. Investigates and resolves billing discrepancies in partnership with Customer Service and Accounts Receivable to support accurate invoicing and payment. Applies credit holds, releases, and payment term adjustments based on account performance and risk evaluation. Documents customer interactions and account activity in internal systems and utilizes multiple systems and data sources to assess risk. Escalates delinquent or high-risk accounts as appropriate, including coordinating with internal stakeholders and third-party collection agencies.
