Pharmacy Coordinator

Immediate need for a talented Pharmacy Coordinator. This is a 06+ months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in California(Remote). Key Responsibilities: Shift: Training Mon-Fri 8 am – 5 pm PST – 1 week 1on1 // Mon-Fri 8 am – 5 pm PST – No OT, holidays or weekends Executing administrative tasks such as faxing providers/pharmacies and tracking follow-ups Coordinating with providers, pharmacies, and members to support medication access and care gap closure Managing reporting spreadsheets and maintaining accurate documentation to support quality reporting and performance. Key Requirements and Technology Experience: Key skills; “Member Outreach”, "MTM", "Medication Therapy Management" , "Pharmacy Technician", "RPH" Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with members, providers, and pharmacies MUST have Excel experience Strong technical ability to operate and transition between multiple Windows-based systems and tools 3 years of pharmacy experience, must be personable on the phone and ability to connect with members and providers, MUST HAVE EXCEL EXPERIENCE Required: high school diploma with Pharmacy Technician training in CA Required: CA Pharmacy Technician license Our client is a leading Healthcare Industry, and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
