Job Description

Join a leading manufacturer of engineered materials as a Slitter Operator. Operate and maintain slitting machines to cut film to exact specifications. This is a hands-on role in a clean, safety-focused environment ideal for detail-oriented individuals.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate slitting machines
• Inspect rolls for flatness, holes, and defects
• Perform adjustments using hand tools and measuring devices
• Read and follow production tickets and quality guidelines
• Maintain a safe and orderly work area

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 years of experience preferred
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Comfortable using measuring tools (tape measure, micrometers)
• Basic computer and math skills
• Strong attention to detail and safety
