Job Description We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with strong hands‑on experience in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) recruitment to join our team on a permanent remote basis. Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end IT recruitment from sourcing to onboarding. Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels . Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, CTC, and notice period. Must have experience in C2H / Contract-to-Hire hiring . Understand IT requirements and identify suitable technical profiles. Coordinate technical interviews and follow up with candidates and clients. Manage candidate pipelines and maintain recruitment trackers/ATS. Handle salary negotiation, offer follow-up, and joining formalities. Achieve recruitment targets and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
