Creator Talent Manager

PLEASE READ FIRST: This is a 100% commission-based role. There is no salary and no hourly pay. You earn a percentage of every deal you close, with uncapped upside. Status MGMT is a fast-growing creator management company representing 350+ creators across TikTok & Instagram, backed by a team of 37 managers and growing fast. We sit in the middle of the most exciting shift in advertising: brands are moving their budgets out of traditional ads and into creators, and we are the team connecting the two.

The Role

This is not a job where a roster gets handed to you. You build your own book of business, on both sides of the deal:

• Source and sign your own creators, and build a roster you are proud of
• Source brand deals for your creators: research brands, find the right contacts, and pitch
• Negotiate rates, terms, and contracts, and see deals through from first email to signed and paid
• Be your creators' day-to-day point of contact and career partner
• Stay plugged into platform trends, viral sounds, and what brands are buying right now

The Standard

Our managers stay active by doing the work, every week:

• Every manager hits a weekly outreach minimum of [100+] personalized emails to brands and creators. Outreach is the engine of this business, and consistency is what separates the managers who earn from the ones who wash out
• Deals are tracked, pipelines are reviewed, and momentum matters more than intentions
