Office Coordinator At The Kidz Club PPEC , we're passionate about empowering children with medical complexities through compassionate, skilled pediatric care. We're looking for a friendly, organized Office Coordinator to help keep our center running smoothly while supporting our incredible team, families, and patients. What You'll Do Providing outstanding customer service to families and visitors Answering phones and assisting with family communication Supporting our nursing leadership with administrative tasks Managing employee and client attendance Coordinating with Billing, HR, Finance, IT, Purchasing, and other support teams Helping create a positive, organized environment for everyone Being willing to step in wherever you're needed What we're looking for High school diploma or GED (business school graduate may substitute for experience) 3+ years of administrative or office experience Strong computer and communication skills Willingness to learn multiple software platforms Experience with Microsoft Office and healthcare software is a plus Current CPR (BLS) certification Current negative TB (PPD) test Ability to interact warmly and effectively with children of all ages Schedule Full-Time Monday-Friday Benefits Paid Time Off Health, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) Student Loan Reimbursement Life Insurance FSA and more!
