Site Visit Coordinator

Job Title

This role offers the opportunity to work independently in the field while being part of a collaborative remote team. The position focuses on supporting healthcare providers in understanding and complying with Medicaid program requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a remote field representative managing a designated territory
• Conduct scheduled and unscheduled in-person visits with providers
• Ensure compliance with Medicaid policies and procedures
• Travel daily within the assigned territory (up to 3 hours one way); mileage reimbursed at $0.70/mile
• Maintain strong knowledge of Medicaid policies, internal processes, and provider resources
• Manage workload independently using reporting and tracking tools
• Monitor performance to ensure timely and accurate task completion
• Build and maintain professional relationships with providers and internal teams
• Participate in remote trainings, meetings, and collaborative initiatives
• Meet all contractual and program requirements while maintaining a professional presence

Process Overview

• Conduct face-to-face provider visits across the Houston territory
• Manage territory independently while working remotely
• Stay updated with Medicaid policies and internal systems
• Utilize reporting tools to track activities and performance
• Balance fieldwork with remote coordination and team collaboration

Required Skills
