This full-time position offers the unique opportunity to engage with clients primarily through telehealth, providing essential mental health support from the comfort of your own home. Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from any location that suits you. Our telehealth facility ensures that you can provide services efficiently while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. We operate on a schedule that accommodates our clients' needs, with hours extending from 7 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate clients' trauma histories and identify individualized treatment needs.

• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans focused on trauma recovery and resilience-building.
\n
• Employ evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, assisting clients in processing trauma and developing effective coping strategies.
\n
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and healthcare professionals to provide integrated, holistic care that addresses all aspects of a client's mental health.

• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients during trauma-related emergencies.
\n
• Educate clients and their families on trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and available community resources.
\n
• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in case consultations, team meetings, and professional development focused on trauma-informed care methodologies.

• Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in trauma therapy to continuously improve service delivery.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
