You’ll work with students in PreK through 8th grade, providing services to a manageable caseload of around 50 students. This hands-on role not only builds your clinical skills but also exposes you to diverse instructional methods and team-based approaches within educational settings. Qualifications:

• Valid California Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility)
• Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to organize, schedule, and manage time effectively

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct OT services for students PreK-8, approximately 50 students
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and track student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to optimize student outcomes
• Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with district policies
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning
