Senior Paralegal

We are seeking an experienced Senior Paralegal to provide onsite legal support to the United States Attorney’s Office in Miami, Florida. Key Responsibilities Compile, prepare, and summarize relevant materials for attorneys in preparation of motions, briefs, discovery, and other legal filings. Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, preparing binders, managing case materials, and supporting presentation preparation. Provide in-court trial support, including managing exhibits, tracking documents, and assisting attorneys during proceedings. Conduct detailed review and analysis of case materials including emails, correspondence, financial records, corporate records, healthcare records, and investigative materials. Review and summarize audio and video evidence, including foreign language recordings when applicable. Maintain and organize electronic and physical case files. Track and manage discovery production and documentation. Utilize litigation support tools such as Relativity, Casemap, Sanction, and other evidence management systems. File court documents electronically through Electronic Court Filing (ECF) systems and retrieve materials through PACER. Maintain spreadsheets and tracking systems to monitor case data and litigation statistics. Prepare witness materials, exhibits, and evidence binders. Coordinate with federal agencies, Department of Justice components, and third parties to obtain investigative materials. Respond to communications from citizens, agencies, and legal stakeholders as needed. Participate in meetings with attorneys, law enforcement, regulators, and other investigative partners. Qualifications U.S. Citizenship required and ability to obtain and maintain MRPT facility credentials / background investigation. Paralegal certificate, Juris Doctor (J.D.), or current enrollment in an ABA-accredited law school (with at least one year completed), or equivalent legal training or experience. Minimum three (3) years of experience supporting litigation or legal projects, or an undergraduate degree with relevant experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience working in a fast-paced legal environment with strict deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Familiarity with Windows operating systems and legal database environments. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a legal team. Preferred Qualifications Prior trial support experience. Experience working in a legal office or government legal environment. Experience with litigation support software or document review platforms. Familiarity with data tracking, docketing, or calendar management. #J-18808-Ljbffr
