Job Description This company is seeking a National Commercial Business Developer to join a fast‑growing national restoration location. The ideal candidate has an established national book of business, strong industry relationships, and a proven track record of securing large commercial restoration opportunities. This role offers the chance to drive national growth while partnering closely with executive leadership on high‑value projects. Requirements Business development experience in commercial restoration. Established book of business. Existing relationships within the hospitality and multifamily sector. Proven success securing hospitals, hotels, multifamily, and other large commercial projects. Strong knowledge of mitigation, restoration, reconstruction, and large‑loss sales cycles. Experience managing high‑value, complex project opportunities. Executive presence and strong relationship‑building skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to grow a territory independently. Located in or open to relocating to Middle Tennessee or DFW area.
