New York State Certified Call Center Representative

To enhance member retention and improve healthcare literacy, the full-time New York State Certified Call Center Representative will conduct outbound calls, manage inquiries, and execute targeted outreach campaigns in a remote environment. Key responsibilities: Execute outbound campaigns focused on member retention and achieving campaign-specific goals Manage first call resolutions and ensure adherence to performance metrics in a fast-paced call center atmosphere Educate members about their benefits and procedures while delivering service with integrity and professionalism Required qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent with customer service experience; Associate degree or college courses preferred 1-3 years of customer service and/or relevant office experience required Ability to work occasionally on Saturdays Experience in roles requiring strict confidentiality Must obtain NYS Market Place Facilitated Enroller certification (CAC) within the first year of hire
