Business Operations Specialist 3 (5-7 years)

Our client, a leading organization in the facilities and site services industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Business Operations Specialist 3 to join their dynamic team. As a Business Operations Specialist 3, you will be integral to supporting the Facilities & Site Services, Security, and SHE Teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills, which will enable you to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Job Title: Business Operations Specialist 3 (5-7 years)

Location: Oro Valley, AZ

Pay Range: $38

Duration: 4 months

What's the Job?

• Coordinate key tasks critical to the successful execution of Facilities & Site Services operations.
• Provide financial support by creating and maintaining accurate financial statements and reports.
• Manage purchase orders, vendor communications, and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
• Assist in month-end financial processes, including accruals and resource allocation to promote financial sustainability.
• Support payment processes for property taxes, lease payments, and other financial obligations, working closely with legal and finance teams.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or Business Management.
• 3–5 years of experience in cost control, project management, or financial analysis, preferably within construction, oil & gas, or manufacturing industries.
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics, along with advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros).
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively explain financial concepts to diverse stakeholders.
