Electric, you aren't just applying for a job, you are building a career.About this Role – Billing SpecialistWe are looking for a talented Billing Specialist who has a passion for quality construction. In this position you will be responsible for reviewing all job costs and preparing customer invoices per contractual language, recording sales and verifying customer billings. Other responsibilities include providing a wide variety of clerical and administrative support to operations.What You'll DoManage daily administrative and office supports operations of the office including establishing work priorities and workflowInputs and verifies data from basic timesheets for union payroll on a timely basisPrepare invoices per contractual languageRecord sales activity and reconcile with the A/R LedgerInteract with key customers and Project Managers to ensure accurate job costs and invoicesAssists with copying invoices, timesheets, special reports, etc.Set up new proposals and jobs in JDE and distributes accordinglyDocument control for new proposals and job awardsData Entry of jobs account structureEntry and processing of ContractsEnsures the execution of company policies and proceduresAssists with the coordination of field and operational activities in association with Project ManagersAssists with weekly union payroll reviewWhat You'll BringThorough knowledge of office proceduresA basic understanding of generally accepted accounting practicesStrong organizational, clerical and administrative skillsProven communication, organizational and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated ability to organize and prioritize assigned tasksAbility to work independentlyProven computer skills including a familiarity with JDE, scanning and Microsoft OfficeHigh School diploma and advanced coursework in Accounting is desirable1-3 years of experience in an office environmentWhat You'll Get401(k) with company match (Traditional & Roth)Paid Holidays and PTOMedical, Dental, and VisionFlexible Spending AccountsHealth Savings AccountAccident InsuranceHospital Indemnity InsuranceCritical Illness InsuranceLifeLock Identity Theft ProtectionEmployee DiscountsShort-Term & Long-Term DisabilityFor more benefit details click here!
