Electrical Assembly - 2nd Shift
$18.50/Hour | Monday-Friday | Temporary Position with Long-Term Potential
Masterson Staffing is hiring for an Electrical Assembly position in Osceola, WI. This is a full-time temporary assignment with the opportunity to become a long-term position for the right candidate.
Pay: $18.50/hour
Shift: 2nd Shift
Hours: 3:30 PM - 11:30 PM
Schedule: Monday-Friday Hours Per Week: 40
Job Duties
- Assemble electrical components and products according to specifications
- Check products for functionality and quality
- Package completed products for shipment
- Use hand tools and follow assembly instructions
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience utilizing high voltage test equipment
- Knowledge of electrical safety practices
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to distinguish colors (color blind assessment required)
- Resume required with demonstrated excellent work history (more than one year at most previous employers)
- Ability to pass a 10-panel drug screen
- Ability to pass a national background check (no felonies within the last 7 years)
