PA to Senior Management Apprenticeship | The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust The postholder will provide high quality administrative & secretarial support to the Divisional Nurse Director, Deputy Directors of Operation, & Head of Commercial Finance within the Private Care Directorate. This role is central to ensuring the smooth, efficient running of the Private Care management office & acts as a key point of coordination across a complex & fast paced environment. This includes managing complex diaries, coordinating meetings, preparing documentation, and facilitating communication across internal and external stakeholders. Organise meeting documentation and attend meetings with or at the request of the Management to take minutes and to type the minutes of these meetings as requested. Type all minutes, agendas and documents using Windows packages. To act as a point of contact for users of the service, dealing confidently and appropriately with enquiries, referring to the managers or keeping them informed as appropriate. Make travel arrangements on behalf of the Managers in accordance with Trust policies. Support managers to raise invoices, orders and ensure approvals are up to date as directed. Assist with any queries and ensure invoices in workflows are regularly actioned.
