Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to establish a baseline for intervention and recovery, aligning treatment with physician directives and patient goals.

• Administer therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, exercise regimens, and modalities to aid in patient recovery and rehabilitation.
• Instruct patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and the use of assistive devices, ensuring follow-up understanding and compliance outside of therapy sessions.
• Evaluate and modify treatment strategies based on patient progress and feedback, maintaining accurate documentation in accordance with legal and professional standards.
• Coordinate case management by scheduling sessions, prioritizing workloads, and effectively communicating with other healthcare professionals.
• Actively participate in ongoing professional development and staying current with industry best practices to enhance the standard of care.

Compensation and Benefits
