Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients' physical conditions and functional abilities, identifying specific goals and needs.
• Manage a diverse patient caseload, typically at the rate of one patient per hour, providing undivided attention to care and treatment planning.
• Develop individualized treatment plans using a variety of therapeutic interventions including manual therapy techniques and evidence-based exercise protocols that target mobility and strength.
• Conduct regular progress assessments to evaluate treatment effectiveness, adjusting therapies based on observable outcomes and patient feedback.
• Support patients in understanding their conditions and motivate them to adhere to their rehabilitation pathways, enhancing their recovery experience.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and other healthcare professionals, to ensure holistic patient care.
• Utilize electronic medical records (EMR), specifically WebPT, for thorough documentation of patient care and treatment plans.

• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with latest trends and practices in orthopedic physical therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a diverse patient demographic, primarily focusing on individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries and surgeries. Common conditions include post-surgical rehabilitation for total joint replacements, sports injuries, and chronic pain syndromes. Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctorate degree (DPT) in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• A valid and unhindered state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in California.

• A record of professionalism devoid of disciplinary actions against licensure.
• Experience utilizing EMR software, with preference given to familiarity with WebPT.
